Dearna Bond is a photographer and stylist that I’m a huge fan of, it’s pretty hard not to be, her approach to getting started and learning skills as you go, trusting the process, and never stopping that learning will leave you inspired to lean into whatever your creative heart desires.
Dearna’s images take you somewhere magical, she creates beautiful scenes that evoke a mood and tell a story like no other, and honestly her food photography is off the charts amazing. She has created for some incredible brands, including Connoisseur ice-cream, Lark Whisky, Halo top, Loving Earth, Royal Doulton, and for iconic accommodations such as Whale Song Shack and Captains Rest.
Dearna’s career as a photographer happened almost by accident, with a beginning in food blogging and the camera set to auto, wow is the world glad she kept going!
