Lucy Stewart is a Kids Nutritionist and Recipe Developer working with families to create a happier, healthier future, and is the Founder of Well-Fed Kitchen, the incredible range of nutritionist designed snacks for kids.
A mum and step-mum to a team of mini taste testers - a van-lifer and soon to be farm-lifer, Lucy is passionate about nourishing the next generation.
Before all that, Lucy was in a high paying PR role, when a health shake up inspired her to get back to school and into the world of nutrition.
